World TPO Awards 2006

To recognise achievement – To reward success

The second World Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Awards 2006 were presented during the 6th World Conference of TPOs in March 2007, hosted by Fundación Export.Ar.

The World TPO Awards recognize outstanding performance by TPOs.

The World TPO Awards 2006 winners were: 

• Finpro – ‘Best of the Best’ TPO and Best TPO from a Developed Country
• Export Board of Zambia (EBZ) – Best TPO from a Least Developed Country
• Prochile – Best TPO from a Developing Country
• Enterprise Mauritius – Best TPO from a Small Country
• Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MNCCI) – Best TPO from a Transition Economy

Renowned Argentinean artists Jorgé Abot and Natalia Abot Glenz produced the 2006 World TPO Award trophies. The sculpture is entitled “Dialogues”, reflecting the dialogue that takes place in trading relationships and among networks.
